All the window services
you need.
Eleven services, one crew, three counties. Measured, permitted and installed by the people who sold it to you.
What we do
All the window services you need,
in one place.
Impact windows, impact and entry doors, sliding glass doors, hurricane shutters, hurricane screens and repairs. Every one of them measured, permitted and installed by our own crew across Lee, Collier and Charlotte.
Laminated glass in a reinforced frame, rated past 150 mph. Permanent protection with nothing to put up before a storm, in every window type we carry.
French, single, double and full-glass entry doors, all impact rated. The front door is the opening most homes fail on, because it is the one everybody upgrades for looks instead of rating.
Two, three and four-panel sliders, pocket runs and corner units. The biggest opening in the house and the one that decides whether the lanai is protected or not.
Accordion, roll-down, bahama, colonial and panel. Meaningfully less per opening than impact glass, and the right answer on a lanai run or a rental you are not living in.
Motorised and manual fabric screens for the openings glass cannot cover. One switch closes a whole lanai, and they hold wind and debris without boxing the view in.
Straight replacement when the frames are done, the seals have gone milky or the sashes will not lock. Like-for-like or upgraded to impact while the wall is already open.
Decorative glass, sidelights and transoms, all of it available impact rated. You do not have to choose between the door you want and the door that holds.
Emergency board-up, glass replacement and full opening rebuilds after a named storm. We run extended hours once one has been through.
Cracked panes, blown seals and foggy insulated units. Usually a glass swap rather than a whole window, which is a fraction of the cost if the frame is still sound.
Rollers, tracks, handles and locks. A slider that takes two hands to move is a roller and a track, not a new door, and it is the cheapest call you will make all year.
Hinges, thresholds, weather seals and hardware on entry and patio doors. Worth doing before season: a door that does not shut tight is an opening that is not protected.
Ready to do this? Let’s get you a number.
Answer a few questions and you get a price on the spot. If you want it checked properly after that, we come out and measure every opening ourselves.
Why us for hurricane protection.
Anybody can quote hurricane protection. These are the four things you can go and check on us yourself, before you sign anything.
Go and look at the windows
Ask us for addresses near you and we will give you them. Twenty years in three counties means there is almost certainly a house we glazed within a few miles of yours. Stand on the street and look at the sightlines, the frame colour and the stucco line around the opening, which is where a rushed install shows first.
You can come to the shop
One address in Bonita Springs, and it has not moved since 2005. Come and put your hands on a laminated unit before you buy one. An impact window is a twenty-year purchase and it is worth twenty minutes to see the frame and the glass edge in person rather than in a brochure.
The approval numbers go on your quote
Every window carries a Miami-Dade Notice of Acceptance or a Florida Product Approval rated at or above what your address’s wind zone requires, and the specific numbers for your openings are printed on the quote. Most impact window quotes just say “impact rated” and leave it there, which tells you nothing about what you are actually getting.
There is exactly one company to call
The person who measures your openings is on our payroll, and so is the person who fits them. That matters more on windows than on almost anything else we do: a rated unit installed to the wrong fixing schedule is no longer a rated unit, and there is nobody to argue with about it later.

Frequently Asked Questions
Straight answers to your impact window questions. No contractor games or hidden fluff, just the facts about how we protect your Florida home.
How does Sunshine State differ from other contractors?
We aren’t storm chasers. We are local owners working out of one shop in Bonita Springs, and we measure, permit, install and warranty every job with our own crew. Nothing is handed to a sub that leaves the county after season.
