Full Impact Window Replacement Fort Myers FL

Measured, permitted and installed by Sunshine State’s own Southwest Florida crew.

Services Provided

What We Did

Fourteen windows where the seals had failed and most units had fogged. The frames were vinyl and had warped enough that two sashes no longer closed square. Every unit replaced with laminated impact glass in white frames, matched to the existing trim so the elevations still read as one house. Lee County permit pulled and the inspector met at final. Three days. The owner had been quoted a reglaze by someone else, which would not have fixed the frames.

Project Overview

Full Impact Window Replacement, Fort Myers

A Fort Myers home where the seals had failed on most of the windows and two vinyl frames had warped enough that the sashes no longer closed square. Lee County requires every opening to be permitted and rated, so this was a full replacement rather than a reglaze, and the owner had already been quoted the wrong fix by someone else.
