Impact Entry Door Replacement Cape Coral FL

Measured, permitted and installed by Sunshine State’s own Southwest Florida crew.

Services Provided

What We Did

A front door that had dropped far enough to catch on the threshold, with a frame shimmed twice by someone else rather than fixed. We rebuilt the opening square first, then hung a black fiberglass impact door with a single sidelight and a multipoint lock. The whole assembly is approved together, which is the only way it counts as a protected opening. One day. It closes with one hand now.

Project Overview

Impact Entry Door Replacement, Cape Coral

A Cape Coral home whose front door had dropped far enough to catch on the threshold, with a frame that had been shimmed twice by someone else rather than fixed. Cape Coral is in Lee County, so the replacement had to be a rated assembly, frame and slab and hardware approved together, not just a new slab in an old hole.
