A full standing seam metal roof installation was completed on this commercial office building in Sarasota. The scope included full tear-off and disposal of the existing roofing system, followed by a complete deck inspection across the full commercial roof field. Underlayment was installed to spec, then standing seam metal panels were set and fastened across the entire roof surface. All penetrations — HVAC, vents, and mechanical — were properly flashed and sealed, perimeter edge metal and coping were finished, and the site was fully cleaned on completion. The project was coordinated to minimize disruption to the building’s active tenants throughout the install.

Three-story commercial office building in Sarasota’s Arlington Park area — a medical and professional corridor near Sarasota Memorial Hospital. Commercial roofing at this scale is a different operation than residential work. Larger deck, more penetrations, more coordination required, and a finished system that has to perform reliably over a building that’s occupied during business hours.
Standing seam metal panels were installed across the full commercial roof field. The photo from elevation shows the clean panel run across a large flat-to-low-slope commercial deck with the building’s parking lot and surrounding Sarasota streetscape below. This is a system built for longevity on a commercial property that can’t afford recurring roof issues.
